As most of you know, a free promotional storage pane for the Xunlai Chest was available during the 4th anniversary celebration. The offer was actually extended, but some people still did not get it. No, this is not just for myself. I have met many veteran players who simply could not be there during the promotion, or had too difficult a time acquiring it. I assumed it would be offered every anniversay since the panel is visible even if you did not get it...but it was not. You can not even purchase this panel. I am suggesting that it be offered again next month, during the anniversary celebration, and the panel be re-named from "4th Anniversary Storage" to "Anniversary Storage".

yes please. Spent hours last year trying to get mine but the Ncsoft store wouldn't give it to me. Kept saying something about account information already being registered?

I couldn't get it last year because of some non-existent NCSoft account that I never heard of...even if they offer it again this year I STILL wouldn't be able to get it because I still don't know what ncsoft account my GW account is being tied to.

I too would really like for them to offer this again. If not to all players, then at least to players with accounts old enough to have existed during the first offer.

Personally, I missed out on this because it happened while I was taking a several month break from the game. I never knew it existed until I came back and by that time it was over.

Just unlock it, you were giving it away for free so why not unlock it for all, when I tried to link my NC account with my guildwars it wouldn't link so i missed out on free storage.

It wasn't given away for free, it was given away linking to the NCSoft account.

i tried last year to make my account set up for the panel. made the NCsoft account, tried connected, would tell me the NCSoft account i was on was invalid.. and i never got the pane :/
but yea i think they should just unlock it... would make everything much simpler for everyone.

Even though I got it on two accounts, it bothers me that they would leave a perma-locked pane in the storage box that you could never unlock. Shoot, if that was the case for me I'd be willing to even buy it.... after all it was a promo for people actively playing at the time. No reason to keep it blocked forever.

Lest121 is also right, they should have never made you unlock it from NCSoft, that was a flawed method.

OR... why don't they make it so when your account hits 4 years you are awarded it? Accounts over 4 years without it will automatically get it, accounts that are under 4 don't get it. Instead, they have to wait until they turn 4. That would also be fair I guess...

Reason they did this is because tons and tons of people had unlinked accounts. That caused problems with unlinked accounts (aka only guild wars on it) beeing easier to sell, harder to link to GW2, harder to recover if hacked, bla bla bla this, bla bla bla that.. So in chasing a solution to "how do we get players to link their accounts" they came up with this.

Which is stupid, cause I just made a new account. And not having that extra storage pane is just stupid, and 8.99 per pane is way overpriced for extras. Make it 2 USD per pane and i'd buy 10.

I wish they'd remove the cap. For 2 bucks I too would buy a ton more. Very useful. Even with the max + anniv pane I still have to use my pvp-only guy as a mule and some still floods over to my other account on the times when I decide run Gw multi launch.

I would love more storage space a have a second account with 6 chars full inventory filled with stuff....useful stuff too not like crappy weapons or greens

I got my 4th anniversary storage but it seems a bit of a drag to have it locked forever and I like the idea of having it come back and be available every anniversary that way people still would have to link their accounts (really no reason not to as long as your not selling accounts)

Even if it's no longer for free, people should have access to it.

Everyone would want anything for free, and if anyone wants to pay for it, why shouldn't they be able to do so?

When it first appeared I thought '4th anniversary storage panel' was something you get when your account is 4 years old(I was still pretty new back then). Please offer it again so I can show my support for enabling 7 heroes.

I thought it was a "this unlocks when your account becomes 4 yrs old" and missed the opportunity to unlock it even though I had my game account linked to an NCSoft master account at the time. Just give me a chance to open that pane.

Since they've made alcohol spammable I've got a lot more open slots now but I could still use that extra slot as it would help me organize my storage better.

I too agree with Glass, I have 2 characters that were created in the latter part of that year, and I wasn't able to make the promotion. It's a tease to have that pane visible, yet unobtainable to those who are eligible.

never gonna turn down free storage, especially since Nicholas has personally told me to save every collectible drop worth more than 20g

it would be nice to have a 5th yr anniversary special, that's a pretty round number and therefore MUST have some special significance!
